Delete Your Tajweed Mufti Account and Data

You can delete your account and all data the app holds about you, at any time and free of charge.

In the app (immediate)

Open Tajweed Mufti and tap Profile.
Under Your Data, tap Delete Account and Data, then Delete.

You need an internet connection. If any step fails, nothing is deleted, and you can try again.

Without the app (by email)

Email support@tajweedmufti.com with the subject Delete my Tajweed Mufti data. If you signed in with Google, send it from that Google account's email address so we can find it. We delete the account and its data within 30 days and reply to confirm.

If you never signed in, your only account is anonymous and cannot be linked to you. Uninstalling the app removes everything on your phone, and the unused anonymous account holds no personal data.

What is deleted

Your sign-in account: the anonymous account, and your Google-linked account (name, email, identifier) if you signed in.
Your family membership. If you own a family, it is disbanded and its invite code stops working.
On your phone (in-app deletion): assessment history, bookmarks, reading position, settings, your latest recording and cached coach audio.

What is kept

Nothing. Recordings and coach conversations are not stored on our server in the first place, so there is nothing more to delete.
